Thousand Talents Program Scholars(Long-term projects/ Short term projects

1.Clinical medicine, basic medicine, life sciences and interdisciplinary fields, Under 55 years old(Non-Chinese foreign experts Under 60 years old )

2. Have been professors, researchers, or experts overseas in a well-known overseas university, scientific research institute, international well-known enterprise or financial institution.

3.Scholars who have returned to China are generally not working full time in the country and return to China within a year.

6.Researchers who have been professors overseas and achieved outstanding results can break the age requirement to apply. The age limitation is subject to announcement (for example, in 2017 the due date is June 1, 2017).

7.Assist in the declaration of “Peacock Plan A or B” which can receive 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 RMB subsidies in Shenzhen (distributed in 5 years).

8. Long-term projects should work full-time at least 3 years and not less than 9 months each year. Short term projects should work at least 3 years and not less than 2 months per year.
